The tuning fork or cylindrical tool that RFS Research Institute has developed to identify a desired frequency and convert that frequency into sound is collectively called the Harmony Bell.

The name "Harmony Bell" was chosen with the added consideration that speaking the bell brings harmony to people. The beautiful sound and vibrations of the Harmony Bell, with its diverse frequency characteristics, directly penetrate various levels of the body, emotions and thoughts, releasing stress and tension in a short period of time, relaxing the body and mind and bringing clarity to the mind.

The company name is an acronym of Reach For the Star (meaning that humans are born with a life purpose likened to a star, and that we should live it and realize it). All of RFS Institute's programs are created to realize the philosophy of Reach For the Star.

We are researching the development of a system that harnesses the power of specific frequencies, developed independently by the RFS Laboratory, in a way that is useful for everyday life.

We aim to create programs that enable people to realize their innate brightness, richness, and vitality, and to contribute not only to individuals, but to society as a whole, and to the global environment.

Both the CD and the sessions are created with a specific purpose in mind. We recommend that you continue until you feel that you have achieved your goal. Once you feel that you have fully achieved your goal, you will naturally feel that you do not need to continue.

Or you may feel like trying a different CD or session than before. You will become aware that "you know yourself best," and your intuition will begin to work, so try to follow your own intuition.

Harmony Bell sessions are not intended for pregnant women, so in general we do not allow pregnant women to receive or participate in sessions. Although there are individual differences, pregnancy is a time when both the body and mind are unstable, so we believe it is more appropriate for pregnant women to refrain from receiving or participating in sessions.

There are no special restrictions on listening to CDs, so please listen as you please. The CD book "Harmony Bells for Babies and Children to Grow Healthily" (Kodansha) is recommended as it comes with audio that can be used by pregnant women.
