This digital sound source is a compilation of three CDs.

1. Soulagement (37:23)

"Soulagement" means peace of mind in French. The title was taken from "Anshin Ritsumei," which means that by knowing your divine will, you can gain peace of mind and not be distracted by trivial things.

"Soulagement" helps you choose your own soul path (your true life purpose). When you choose your true life purpose, you become a fixed point, as if you are at the center of a whirlpool, to which all that is useful for your growth is attracted.

2. Sincérité...(17:13)

It means "Sincerity" in French. It helps you to find the love you found within yourself in the first part, "Soulagement," and the presence of light that is your true self, in others.

When we recognize the true nature of all living things, love grows into prayer. When we see the same essence in our own and other people's different soul paths, feelings of respect, understanding and trust naturally flow.

This CD will help you understand this, and support you and those around you so that you can live in harmony and creativity together. And it is this understanding that gives birth to "true sincerity."

3. Congratulations (OMEDETO)・・・(5:15)

When you are on the path to spiritual growth, challenges are inevitable. Various challenges give you different messages and make your life brighter, richer, more beautiful, and more enjoyable.

However, when you are in the middle of a situation, it is easy to lose sight of yourself, not notice the important messages, and become too serious. This CD will help you to become more aware of the meaning of the things that challenge you.

Viewing Time

I recommend listening to it on repeat for at least 6 weeks, so that you can play it on a regular basis. If you can't, try listening to it at your own pace.

Recommended listening methods

This CD was recorded so that it is most effective to listen to it with headphones so that the left and right sounds go directly into your ears. If you find listening to it with headphones too intense, you can play the sound through speakers to allow the frequencies to be absorbed by your body. Since people are more receptive while sleeping, we recommend that you continue to play the music at a volume that does not interfere with your sleep.

The important thing is to listen for long periods of time, preferably multiple times a day.
Please allow the frequency to gradually permeate your body. You will not see any effects immediately or while listening. It is necessary to continue listening for at least six weeks. Even if you see an effect, continuing to listen will bring about even deeper effects.
