◆How to use
Strike the bell in your right hand lightly with the bell in your left hand, and bring both bells close to your ears while feeling the vibrations in your hands. When you can no longer hear the sound, strike the bell again and listen to the sound. It is recommended that you listen to this before going to sleep. Strike the bell several times or for a few minutes and listen to the sound. If you are letting someone else hear the sound, play a small sound and then hold it close to their ear.
